WHO IS KRISTEN?

​​Kristen Barrett is a full time working Mom, a wife and most of all she is someone who cares. After becoming a mother and a wife she knows what it means to love deeply & unconditionally and the need to work hard to build a strong family.

With a will to help children she has chosen to put her body on the line and challenge her emotions by training to fight her first ever Kickboxing fight at a top fighting event in Cape Town, called Cape Fight League.

​

Through this challenge she aims to raise funds for orphaned and abandoned children who cannot fight for themselves, who need something to believe in and a sense of hope.

​

The goal is to present ​a cheque on the night after Kristen's fight of the monies raised. She will then spend the day at the orphanage to visit the children and share with them what she has learnt on her journey to becoming a true fighter.
